The ZeroIn lightweight, dissolvable ball sealer, can seal more perforations. Basically, our product gives greater ball action to divert needed fluids in vertical and horizontal wells. While the heavier 1.2 to 1.3 Specific Gravity (SG) ball sealer do not hit as many open perforations.. As a result, our patent-pending, 0.93-,1.0-, and 1.1- low specific gravity (SG) ball sealers offer great fluid diversion. The polymer dissolves in fresh water, brine, and acid.

In vertical wells, non-dissolvable balls or “sinkers” can get stuck in the perforations. Also, the perforations might need to be reopened by using a scraper run. As a result, non-dissolvable “floaters” require the balls to be caught at the surface. The lighter the ball the more ball action you get. In Addition, ZeroIn ball sealers give you the best sealing efficiency in horizontal wells. While mixing different specific gravity balls together, more open perforations can seal near the pipe. We’ve engineered a better ball sealer that plugs more perforations. During the job our products can be pumped at any pressure. Also, the balls seal up to 4000 psi (27.6 MPa) differential pressure. Finally, the balls dissolve in hours so oil and gas operators can minimize their treatment time to put the well back to production.
